Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an APAR Analytics and Compliance Director to lead data-driven finance transformation. This role will build and scale a multi-functional team, set governance and controls, and partner with IT and business units to implement scalable, automated solutions.

The leader will drive predictive analytics, enhance APAR performance, and ensure SOX/compliance across global operations while advancing AI-enabled processes and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, IS, data analytics, engineering, CS or related field.
• 8+ years in finance operations, analytics, controls, technology or related functions.
• Leadership through others; experience managing and developing other people managers
• Experience with SOX controls and financial control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAR analytics strategy and develop insights to improve financial performance.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and analytical frameworks across APAR.
• Identify trends, root causes, and control gaps from transactional data.
• Develop data governance practices including data quality and lineage.
• Drive process standardization, automation and digitization of APAR.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage governance and change.
