Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a commercially minded leader to drive growth of its Data Analytics practice across the Americas. Based in any major US city, you will lead a growing, globally connected team and shape the analytics journey in enterprise investigations, compliance, and risk advisory.

The role emphasizes business development, client delivery and leadership of a cross-regional team, with travel and collaboration with global counterparts to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in consulting, investigations, or analytics-enabled services with increasing responsibility.
• Experience building or growing analytics-enabled practices in regulated environments such as financial services, life sciences, or technology.
• Proven ability to develop and lead business development, pursuits, proposals, and client outreach.
• Strong ability to translate data analytics into actionable client insights and outcomes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as client needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand the Data Analytics practice in the Americas.
• Lead sales pursuits, proposals, and client presentations to secure new mandates.
• Oversee projects ensuring excellence, innovation, and measurable outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team across the Americas.
• Coordinate with markets, partnerships, marketing and leaders on go-to-market initiatives.
