Job summary

Control Risks Group in the Americas seeks a commercially minded leader to drive growth of the Data Analytics practice across the region. The Director will blend business development, client engagement, and analytics-driven advisory to expand analytics-enabled investigations, compliance, and risk advisory.

Based in San Francisco, Chicago, New York City, or Washington DC, the role includes building teams, managing client delivery, and collaborating with global leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design analytics-driven solutions for investigations, compliance, or risk.
• Experience building or growing consulting practices serving legal/compliance functions.
• Strong client development and multi-stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a commercial strategy to expand the Data Analytics practice in the Americas.
• Lead sales pursuits, proposals, and client presentations to secure new mandates.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with corporate clients, law firms, and partners.
• Oversee strategic, high-impact projects ensuring excellence and measurable outcomes.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing analytics team across the Americas.
