Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as MPH, Epidemiology, MHA, Statistics, MBA or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on analytical experience, preferably in health care or health insurance.
• Strong SQL/R skills with data extraction, transformation, and QA abilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Expert in using SQL (BigQuery) or R to pull, explore, and transform large datasets including medical claims and demographics.
• Interpret and present analytic results clearly for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss methodologies and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop presentations and data visualizations for stakeholder requests.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and identify cost-saving opportunities.
