Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field.
• 12+ years in analytics, reporting, BI, or performance roles.
• 5+ years leading managers/senior analytics teams.
• Advanced Tableau expertise with strong SQL and data modeling.
• Executive presence to influence senior leaders with clear narratives.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into business value.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and leading through change in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and own multi-year vision and roadmap for Operations Reporting & Analytics, aligned to priorities.
• Establish standards for reporting quality, analytical rigor, and insight generation.
• Advance from reactive reporting to proactive issue and opportunity analytics.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating data into business impact.
• Oversee development of dashboards, KPIs across claims, call center, enrollment, provider, and benefit configurations.
• Identify performance risks, root causes, and trends proactively.
• Drive automation and self-service reporting processes.
• Partner with leaders to translate insights into process, system, and policy improvements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and senior contributors.
• Build analytical capability through coaching and training.
• Set expectations for performance, accountability, and outcomes.
