Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Director of AI Transformation to lead customer-facing AI initiatives and transformational programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will drive engagements from scoping and discovery through rollout and market delivery, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing.

You will shape strategic outcomes, define success metrics, and develop repeatable IP and methodologies that scale across the consulting portfolio, while building executive relationships and guiding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, MIS, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years leading complex enterprise programs or transformations.
Experience with AI solutions in enterprise settings and with large clients.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing AI transformation engagements with Fortune 500 clients; define goals and outcomes.
Oversee headless integration rollouts into client environments, from discovery to adoption.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to define go-to-market and co-selling strategies.
