Job summary

Capgemini Invent, a leading global transformation company, seeks an AI Solutions & Engineering Director to define the tech vision and delivery model for enterprise AI. You will advise senior leaders, shape the market narrative, and build a high-performing AI engineering organization capable of delivering programs at global scale.

You will lead complex portfolios, own technical scope and outcomes, and drive governance, ethics, and responsible AI across engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise software architecture or AI engineering.
• Proven experience building and leading consulting capabilities.
• Deep technical credibility with C‑suite and CTO‑level buyers.
• Track record of sustained revenue growth and market leadership.
• Recognized authority in enterprise AI architecture and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI engineering vision, standards, and delivery methodology for the practice.
• Sell, shape, and deliver large-scale, multi-year AI programs, owning technical scope, commercial outcomes, and delivery quality.
• Own technically complex client portfolios where engineering excellence is the core differentiator.
• Set the external technical narrative through thought leadership, partnerships, and executive forums.
• Build, scale, and retain a high-performing AI engineering organization, including senior technical leaders.
