Job summary

Salesforce seeks an experienced Solution Builder to design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems at customer sites, collaborating with a Director who defines strategy. You will own the build, work hands-on daily, and deliver working software in production for customers.

As a 2-person pod, you will architect, build, and deploy AI agents, manage data pipelines, and ensure seamless integration across Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of production systems and delivery.
• Experience building production AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong data modeling and API design skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions end-to-end.
• Design and implement AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Own data pipelines, system integrations, and production AI infrastructure across Salesforce and customer platforms.
• Prototype rapidly, then engineer for production quality and scale.
• Resolve data integration and deployment blockers in live environments.
• Drive from first commit to production handoff and customer adoption.
