Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or actuarial science with relevant experience
• Strong Python coding and data science deployment experience
• Hands-on experience with modern LLMs and agentic coding

Responsibilities

• Partner with pricing, delivery, and technology teams to speed up AI-enabled rollout.
• Build evaluations for AI and agentic applications with defined metrics and ground truth.
• Measure value and risk of AI applications in production, including efficiency and error reduction.
• Translate business needs into evaluation criteria for AI projects.
• Prototype and build evaluation tooling and, over time, AI applications that accelerate rollout.
