• Hands-on experience with modern LLMs and agentic AI applications.
• Ability to prototype evaluation tooling with Python and review engineering work.
• Insurance or financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of senior data scientists across pricing lines.
• Define strategy to accelerate pricing program rollout using AI.
• Design AI and agentic evaluations with clear metrics and ground truth.
• Measure AI value: effort saved, errors avoided, time-to-market gains.
• Partner with data science, technology, and pricing delivery teams.
• Evaluate AI vendors and third-party solutions with data-driven assessments.
