The role blends hands-on modeling with strategic leadership, guiding end-to-end pricing initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep experience in insurance pricing, strong people leadership, expertise in model evaluation and statistics, and hands-on work with modern LLMs to prototype evaluation

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience building and deploying insurance pricing models from end to end.
• Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing technical teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.
• Deep expertise in model evaluation, statistics, and experimental design.
• Strong hands‑on experience with modern LLMs and agentic coding.
• Experience evaluating generative AI or agentic systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of senior data scientists across lines of business.
• Set strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled pricing program rollout.
• Design AI and agentic evaluations with metrics and ground truth.
• Measure value of AI applications and inform scaling decisions.
• Partner with data science, technology, and pricing delivery teams.
• Support evaluations of AI vendors and third-party solutions.
