Job summary

Luxury Presence seeks a Director of Launch Operations to design the activation operating model across its product set. You will own Launchpad, define its vision, roadmap, and data flows with engineering and GTM teams to scale client activation.

This remote role emphasizes AI-native workflows, scalable processes, and leadership of a small ops team; it aims for faster, higher-quality activation while maintaining renewal-ready quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations roles at a SaaS or tech company.
• Led the operational layer behind an implementation, onboarding, or delivery.
• Proven results improving performance through operational improvement.
• Experience building support for change among senior stakeholders.
• Experience at high-growth companies with ARR between $100M and $500M.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, launch, and activation across our full product set.
• Set a higher bar for speed, consistency, and quality of client activation.
• Design workflows to run at 3x current volume.
• Own Launchpad as a product: vision, roadmap, prioritization, and what ships.
• Direct dedicated engineering and Salesforce resources against that roadmap.
• Make Launchpad the system of record for activation with clean data to Salesforce.
• Own broader tooling for Onboarding and PFT teams with GTM Ops squads.
• Identify automation opportunities and replace manual work with AI.
• Build AI capabilities into Launchpad and workflows.
• Own activation performance metrics and reconciled leadership views.
• Lead a small team of senior operators and maintain a prioritized backlog.
