Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is expanding its Analytics & Behavior Change team and building an AI-powered clinical data insights platform for automation and workflow tools. You will shape platform strategy, drive a multi-year roadmap, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and clinicians to deliver scalable capabilities.

The role blends product leadership with hands-on delivery, requiring deep healthcare domain familiarity and a track record of delivering enterprise AI platforms from concept

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• Strong analytical and judgment skills with ability to translate data into strategy.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML and Generative AI products and architectures.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clinical and application needs through discovery and analysis.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments.
• Define platform strategy, own roadmap, and translate needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and make trade-offs across clinical value, productivity, and feasibility.
• Lead platform delivery with Data Science and Engineering, balancing build vs. buy vs. vendor decisions.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health and success metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional partners around strategy.
