Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience building enterprise software, platforms, or AI/ML products.
• 8+ years of analytical and product judgment translating evidence into strategy and outcomes.
• 6+ years working with AI/ML products and with data science/engineering teams.
• 5+ years influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
• 5+ years of executive communication translating between technical, clinical, and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of clinical and application-team needs to determine reusable vs. application-specific work.
• Structure ambiguous problems, test hypotheses, and prioritize platform investments with highest value.
• Define platform strategy and own the platform roadmap translating needs into reusable capabilities.
• Own multi-year roadmap and make trade-offs across clinical value, productivity, feasibility and outcomes.
• Lead platform delivery in partnership with Data Science and Engineering, balancing build/integrate/vendor choices.
• Partner with application teams to launch and scale platform capabilities and drive adoption.
• Define platform health and success metrics: coverage, accuracy, reliability, adoption.
• Influence senior stakeholders to align around platform strategy and trade-offs.
