Job summary

Qualifications

• Require doctorate or master's with Data Science, Software/ML Engineering experience; multiple path options.
• Demonstrated leadership in AI/ML production systems; familiarity with regulated environments (GxP) preferred.
• Experience with agent-based or multi-agent AI systems and enterprise-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy scalable AI/ML solutions and agentic systems.
• Collaborate with software, data, business, and QA teams to ensure compliant AI capabilities.
• Lead architecture for agentic and multi-agent systems and ensure traceability within digital Quality ecosystem.
• Develop robust MLOps pipelines with versioning, testing, monitoring, and security.
• Align AI initiatives with enterprise goals and regulatory standards.
