Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in a related field with demonstrated AI/ML research.
• Experience building scalable AI applications with production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, retrieval augmented generation, embeddings and AI evaluation.
• Ability to translate problems into practical technical solutions with rapid validation.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable AI proofs‑of‑concepts with a clear path to enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, platform teams and engineers.
• Design modern AI systems using LLMs, AI tools, data pipelines, and cloud services.
• Assess risk, data readiness, costs, performance, and readiness for production.
• Create reusable architectures and documentation to enable scale.
• Model engineering practices, mentor others, and raise delivery standards.
