Job summary

Jobgether, in collaboration with a US-based partner, seeks an Engineering Manager for AI Transformation to lead a hands-on team building AI-powered solutions including agents, integrations, evaluation frameworks, and usage analytics.

You will own architecture, engineering standards, and delivery strategy, guiding the creation of agentic AI systems using modern LLM technologies and cloud-native architectures. Strong collaboration with Product, Security, and AI governance is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in senior/leadership roles.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered or agentic AI products.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AI Transformation engineering team, including hiring, performance reviews, and growth.
• Own architecture, delivery, reliability, and observability of AI solutions (agents, integrations, analytics).
• Define and enforce engineering standards for security, compliance, and maintainability in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Compliance, and AI governance to align execution with business goals.
• Drive KPIs for AI adoption, solution quality, and engineering velocity.
• Strengthen CI/CD, observability, production support across the AI portfolio.
