Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Principal Engineer / AI Product Engineering Lead to drive the technical strategy for a security-aware AI platform. You will act as a technical co-founder, identifying customer problems, prototyping solutions, and leading initiatives from concept to deployment.

You will collaborate with customers, product stakeholders, and engineering teams to shape AI-driven products that address security, trust, and compliance for enterprises adopting AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior engineering leadership roles (Principal/Staff/Distinguished Engineer, Founding Engineer, Startup CTO).
• Hands-on software development background with a track record of delivering products from concept to production.
• Strong ability to gather customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify problems and validate AI/security solutions.
• Design, prototype, and lead AI-powered product initiatives.
• Set technical direction and architecture with a hands-on leadership style.
• Build MVPs and prototypes quickly and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align product and engineering roadmaps.
