Qualifications

• 5–15 years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Sr. Engineering Manager for a SaaS/infrastructure startup or 5+ years for a larger organization.
• 1+ year of experience working on AI-related features.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a globally distributed Engineering organization.
• Own Engineering execution and technical direction.
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
