Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of AI engineers building foundational services, frameworks, and tools for agentic AI applications—enabling scalable development.
• Stay current with industry trends in generative AI and help the team apply them effectively
• Drive cross-functional alignment with enterprise architecture, security, data engineering, DevOps, and application leads
• Mentor and coach AI engineers to grow technically and in their careers
• Ensure strong engineering practices including CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and incident response
• Define and drive strategic plans, goals, and team performance for agentic AI initiatives
• Lead collaboration with application teams to design reusable components on the agentic AI platform
• Solve highly complex problems with long-term impact
