Job summary

Humana is seeking a hands-on Principal Product Manager to lead AI product strategy and delivery across a portfolio of AI products. You will prototype, validate value, and drive governance through Humana's AI framework, while influencing engineers, data scientists, designers, product managers, and business leaders.

The role requires deep technical fluency in AI, systems thinking, and strong cross-functional leadership to shape end-to-end experiences and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or related AI/ML shipped to production.
• Portfolio-level impact with strategy across multiple products.
• Hands-on with AI tools, prototyping ideas, and model behavior choices.
• Experience building evals and using precision/recall metrics.
• Systems thinking and reusable infrastructure mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year AI product portfolio vision and strategy.
• Translate use cases into actionable requirements and success criteria.
• Prototype with agentic tools to prove feasibility and value.
• Drive delivery from prototype to production across the portfolio.
• Collaborate across engineering, data science, design, and business.
