Qualifications

• Experience leading operational transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency with AI productivity and automation tools such as Copilot and agent builders.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into actionable AI-enabled designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to map end-to-end workflows and pain points.
• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled process improvements embedded in daily operations.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through implementation and sustained adoption.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and platform teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.
• Refine solutions based on feedback and measurable outcomes (cycle time, quality, adoption).
• Coach teams, deliver hands-on training, and promote best practices for AI usage.
