Jobtailor is seeking a senior strategy and transformation leader to design AI-enabled business capabilities for the banking sector in Arizona. You will drive strategic opportunities, build execution roadmaps, and align stakeholders across risk, regulatory, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant education/experience required.
8+ years' experience in business process consultation, design, and metrics.
Strong knowledge of contact center operations and bank products.
Experience leading programs/projects in an agile environment.
Experience with quality management and process improvement tools.
Retail banking SME with ability to simplify customer experience and automate where possible.
Knowledge of Risk Management frameworks and banking regulatory requirements.
Experience shaping strategic objectives with measurable initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of new business capabilities, with AI-driven transformation.
Identify strategic opportunities and solutions for key stakeholders.
Define and articulate a strategic vision for process transformation and enable execution roadmaps.
Develop bank-aligned process enhancements in line with strategy and risk framework.
Drive ideation and conception of new business ideas and initiatives.
Plan and coordinate execution for highly complex projects.
Apply risk and regulatory considerations to strategies and solutions.
Manage risks using established methodologies and control plans.
Provide consultation to ensure processes address strategic objectives.
Ensure alignment among internal stakeholders through proactive communication.
Leverage data analytics to inform customer and process performance and decisions.
Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks for new activities per policies.
