Job summary

Jobtailor in New York seeks a senior program leader to guide a team of principal engineers in building requirements, vendor management, and multi-year technology roadmaps. You will own API integrations, stakeholder reviews, and drive AI-enabled store solutions to enhance customer experience.

You will collaborate across Sales Ops, Digital, Retail, and Customer Service, balancing short- and long-term goals while aligning with business KPIs and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing complex programs and projects with technical and system requirements.
• Experience with Consumer customer-facing channels (Indirect, Retail, Digital, Customer Service, Inside Sales).
• Ability to influence senior leadership using data and strategic expertise.
• Experience in API integrations and emerging technologies relevant to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of principal engineers creating requirements and business cases for new product builds and enhancements.
• Serve as the directly responsible individual for systems vendor management and integration planning.
• Manage a multi-year roadmap for technology solutions and product enhancements.
• Develop internal and external communications for enhancements and updates with Sales Operations teams.
• Balance stakeholder needs against short-, medium-, and long-term strategic business objectives.
• Own detailed architectural and user-experience requirements, including Jira user stories and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile principles.
• Lead development and management of CRM, product catalog, and point-of-activation platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and reimagine products to optimize customer and partner experience.
• Maintain productive relationships with external partners and vendors.
