The role emphasizes strong executive communication, risk management, and enterprise transformation through the AI SDLC and collaboration with federated teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year or graduate degree in engineering/CS or equivalent experience.
• Typically 12+ years of job-related/management experience in engineering design or related fields.
• Proven experience in AI strategy, governance, administration, and platform operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to engineering teams aligning with business goals and roadmaps.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation to optimize value, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate status, influence decisions, and manage outsourced partnerships.
• Champion process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining standards and nurturing growth.
• Lead AI Digital strategy, governance, funding, and executive reporting for federated teams.
• Coordinate AI SDLC, pilots, and adoption programs within a governed portfolio.
• Build monthly dashboards covering adoption, spend, capacity, risk, and value realized.
