Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior transformation leader to guide the transition to an Agentic AI–led PDLC, redesigning operating models across product, engineering and QA. You will drive cross-functional design workshops, align stakeholders and establish governance for new workflows.

With 6+ years in management consulting or related fields, you will translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable operating models and lead change initiatives from strategy to adoption, partnering with senior leaders

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, organizational transformation, technology transformations or operating model redesign roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology or enterprise transformation projects.
• Expertise in operating model or organizational redesign.
• Strong knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with strategic and operational project management.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
• Expertise in operating model redesign, organizational transformation, governance frameworks and decision rights in large enterprises.
• Ability to translate emerging technology capabilities into scalable operating model, governance and organizational design choices.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting senior executives.
• Superior group facilitation, interviewing and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition to an Agentic AI-led PDLC process for key product segments.
• Redesign Product, Engineering and QA operating models, workflows, processes, organizational structures, governance mechanisms, roles and decision rights.
• Assess the current-state PDLC operating model, including workflows, handovers and context management.
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops with Product, Solution Architecture, Engineering and QA leadership.
• Define future-state operating model choices integrating human and Agentic AI workflows.
• Highlight trade-offs, align stakeholders and redesign workflows, handover templates and packages.
• Define Human/Agentic AI responsibilities and ownership boundaries, decision rights and governance frameworks.
• Develop future-state process maps, role definitions and implementation roadmaps.
• Design AI CoE and capability-building approaches.
• Execute change management strategy, stakeholder engagement and communications plans.
• Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews and facilitate decisions.
• Partner with Product, Technology, GTM and Finance functions on strategic priorities.
