Job summary

Target is seeking a seasoned Product Director to set the strategic vision for our CDP and Enterprise Audience Platform spaces. You will drive budget, OKRs, and cross-team collaboration to deliver scalable, real-time data platforms and AI-powered features, partnering with Marketing, Retail Media, Engineering and external partners.

You will guide multi-pyramid initiatives, foster a culture of transparency and accountability, and mentor a team of product owners to achieve measurable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building and scaling data platforms in martech/adtech, audience platforms, or personalization.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing product teams with a culture of transparency and enterprise collaboration.
• Strong ability to work with engineering, data science, and architecture teams on scalable, cloud-native systems.
• Expert in agile product development with experience shaping multi-pyramid initiatives.
• Strategic mindset with bias for action and ability to define OKRs and drive outcomes.
• Experience delivering AI-powered automation and end-to-workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Set the overall strategic vision for the product space and team.
• Accountable for budget, financials, and quarterly OKRs.
• Create interoperability across CDP, data sources, campaigns, and partner networks.
• Mentor and coach product owners and drive performance across teams.
• Lead product discovery with stakeholders and base decisions on data.
