Job summary

Target seeks a Product Director to set the strategic vision for the CDP/Enterprise Audience Platform portfolio and lead a high-performance product team. You will own budgets, OKRs, and long-term goals while aligning cross-functional partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will guide discovery, leverage data-driven decision making, and drive innovation across data pipelines, real‑time analytics, and AI-enabled automation at scale.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building and scaling data platforms in martech/adtech.
• Experience leading product teams and fostering transparency.
• Experience delivering AI-powered automation capabilities.
• Strong ability to work with engineering, data science, and architecture teams.
