Job summary

KPMG is seeking a Director, Platform Product Management to join our product organization and lead the development of an AI-native platform across multiple domains.

You will shape the long-term platform strategy, own the capability inventory, and work with engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions while guiding senior leaders on trade-offs. This role requires a decade of product experience and a strong technical background in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of product management experience for technical products or platforms, including owning B2B/enterprise platforms end to end.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High School GED required; twelve years of equivalent experience.
• Experience shaping platform strategy across complex technical products with adoption and reuse results; experience in regulated environments is preferred
• Fluent with APIs, data models, AI and agent frameworks, integration patterns, and trade-off decisions on technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Shape multi-year platform strategy and roadmaps for an AI-native platform.
• Own capability inventory and assess reusable platform assets with engineering collaboration.
• Lead cross-domain recommendations on build, buy, or harvest options for leaders.
• Advise on cross-platform architecture, prioritizing scalability, security, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve major roadmap and investment trade-offs using customer needs and platform value.
• Drive platform adoption through evangelism, docs, and developer experience.
