Job summary

CData Software, Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Operations to build and evolve the Product organization’s operating system. Reporting to the CPTO, this leader will drive delivery governance, transparency, and scalable execution across Product, Engineering, and UX.

The role partners with senior leadership to transform the organization with AI-enabled practices and continuous improvement. Based in the United States (NC Research Triangle or East Coast preferred), this position requires US

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Operations or related leadership in SaaS or tech.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, and execs.
Proven ability to design or improve software delivery operating models.
Strong understanding of modern product lifecycles.
Experience driving organizational change and scalable processes.
Experience leading AI-enabled workflows or automation.
Experience with OKRs and operating systems.

Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve the product operating model for scalable delivery.
Establish standardized planning, execution, governance, and reporting across product and engineering.
Lead organization-wide delivery governance including planning and reviews.
Partner with CPTO and leadership to evolve operating model and strategy.
Monitor delivery health and identify risks and bottlenecks.
Drive accountability and transparency across teams.
Build executive dashboards for real-time delivery visibility.
Scale operating practices across multiple product organizations.
