Job summary

Digitas North America is seeking an Associate Director, Digital Product Management - AI Orchestration to elevate our AI-driven marketing platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze processes, and deliver AI solutions that transform client programs.

Your role blends strategic vision with hands-on implementation across Strategy, Data, Media, and Experience Design. You will work with internal SMEs to map requirements, design agents and workflows, and ensure scalable, measurable outcomes

Qualifications

7+ years in technology roles with cross-functional Agile experience.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or Technology.
Hands-on experience with generative AI and ML.
Familiarity with MarTech platforms and digital marketing tech.
Proven system/business analysis and product development from ideation to launch.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to manage risk and changes.

Responsibilities

Represent the Digitas AI team to internal partners, stakeholders, and clients.
Partner with teams to deliver AI solutions for strategy, data, media, and design.
Lead discovery and delivery of AI-powered projects on the generative AI platform.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.
Collaborate to ideate, develop, and launch new agents and experiences.
Provide hands-on technical oversight, troubleshooting, and support for new features.
Help shape intake, planning, and delivery processes for scalability.
Build rollout, training, and maintenance processes; stay current with AI/MarTech.
Present complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Report to the VP Group Director, Technology, Services & Suites.
