You will work with data science and ML teams to integrate ranking and relevance into messaging, coordinating with employer-side product teams to maximize outcomes and maintain compliance and deliverability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven success in product management.
• Data-obsessed with SQL and fluent in A/B experimentation.
• Owned email, push, or lifecycle messaging products at consumer scale.
• Experience with AI/ML, ranking, relevance, or recommendations.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with autonomy to drive impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the Messaging product for the channel, from strategy to execution.
• Lead portfolio optimization: determine message types, frequency, and channels.
• Design and analyze experiments to inform long-term health over short-term gains.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and marketplace teams to move outcomes.
• Protect deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance in all messaging.
