Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and AB testing.
• Experience owning email, push, or lifecycle messaging at consumer scale.
• Knowledge of AI/ML to power ranking, relevance, or recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the messaging product for the job seeker channel, deciding which messages exist and when they are sent.
• Design and run experiments, reading results and aligning with long-term business health.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to improve send quality and outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs: deliveries, activation, retention, unsubscribes, and revenue from email placements.
• Ensure deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance across channels.
