Job summary

Leena AI is seeking a senior techno-functional HR leader to scale HR operations on an enterprise AI platform. You will own and design high-value HR agents that handle payroll, time, benefits and employee changes, ensuring accuracy across systems.

You’ll tailor agent behavior for customer policies, advise on process redesign, and represent Leena AI in pre-sales and market engagements with CHROs and HR operations leaders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in HR, including 5+ years leading HR operations, shared services or payroll at a large enterprise.
• Hands‑on ownership of high‑volume HR transactions and understanding of where they break and cost.
• Systems know‑how across HR stack and integrations; familiarity with major providers.

Responsibilities

• Build the domain for high-value HR agents overseeing payroll, time, benefits and job changes.
• Ensure accurate landings across pay, time rules and benefits eligibility.
• Design edge cases like retro pay and multi-state taxes for agents and workflows.
• Co-own the roadmap with Product and measure impact (errors caught, rework hours saved).
• Tailor agents for customers by translating HR policies into agent behavior.
• Represent Leena AI in discovery calls, ROI workshops and RFPs.
