Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an AI Analyst to support and optimize AI-driven HR technology solutions, including Leena AI, across HRIS, HR Operations, Analytics, IT, and business stakeholders. You will identify, implement, and support innovative solutions to enhance employee experience and workforce insights.

Ideal candidates bring strong HRIS knowledge, analytical thinking, and understanding of AI concepts to improve HR processes, data quality, and decision-making, while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR tech or analytics.
• 5+ years supporting HR technology, HRIS, or related systems.
• Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Taleo, UKG).
• Knowledge of HR data structures and governance; strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in HR processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.
• Support implementation, configuration, and ongoing admin of Leena AI and related HR tech.
• Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations, and business teams to deploy AI-enabled capabilities.
• Analyze HR processes to identify automation, prediction, and decision-support opportunities.
• Monitor AI performance, data quality, and governance; propose enhancements.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and test system changes.
• Ensure responsible, compliant use of AI and employee data across platforms.
