Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Specialist to own the Leo people systems portfolio end-to-end, shaping and onboarding Leo onto HR platforms. You will stand up AI-native mechanisms, measure workforce sentiment, and ensure accurate representation of hourly and corporate populations within central platforms.

You will lead prioritization, intake, and roadmapping, partnering with the Leo HRBP team and central partners to deliver scalable, policy-aligned solutions across LEAD business lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and action plans.
• Experience in cross-functional project or program management.
• Experience partnering with central/shared-service owner teams to deliver outcomes through influence.
• Experience building AI-enabled HR workflows or mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Own the People Systems and Mechanisms Portfolio End-to-End, from intake to delivery.
• Build listening and sensing mechanisms to measure workforce sentiment and culture risk.
• Develop AI-native workflows to scale HR processes across LEAD.
• Configure policy/content across central platforms and ensure Leo-specific fit.
• Represent both hourly and corporate populations in system definitions and surveys.
• Monitor portfolio health and surface systemic risk early to prevent disruption.
• Lead change management and craft strategic narratives for senior leaders.
• Extend programmatic capabilities across LEAD business lines.
• Support acquisitions and site launches with people-systems integration.
