Job summary

Leena AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise customers in the United States, delivering production-grade AI integrations in HR, IT, and operations. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to deployment, writing production code, and ensuring success through go-live and hyper-care.

This role demands platform mastery, deep API experience, and the ability to navigate complex security, SSO, and data residency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a customer-facing engineering or forward deployed role.
• Proven track record deploying production-grade software inside enterprise client environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and production-quality code under real-world time constraints.
• Deep experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, and enterprise integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design integration blueprints and own hands-on execution—translating designs into working systems.
• Prototype custom integrations, API connectors, and workflow automation across enterprise systems.
• Build and configure AI Colleagues, AOPs, and Skills inside the client environment.
• Navigate security constraints (SSO/SAML/OIDC) to finish integrations.
• Author Solution Design Documents identifying blockers early and looping in PMs/Engineers.
• Own the two-week hyper-care period post go-live to ensure stability.
• Own the 2-week hyper‑care period post go‑live, ensuring stability and rapid resolution of any production issues.
