Job summary

Everlywell is seeking a Director, Consumer Growth (AI‑Native) to own paid and organic acquisition for the Consumer business and to architect the AI agent framework that runs growth campaigns at scale.

This hands‑on leader will design and operate AI agents for media buying, creative testing, and reporting, managing a $5M+ annual budget across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms while leading a cross‑functional pod across product, engineering, marketing, analytics and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing with direct paid social/paid search management.
• Experience owning organic channels alongside paid strategies.
• Strong growth economics, incrementality testing, and post‑iOS measurement.
• Experience leading small teams and managing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the AI agent infrastructure for growth and scale.
• Own paid and organic acquisition strategy, budgets, bidding, and optimization.
• Lead measurement in privacy‑constrained environments and coordinate with analytics.
• Prototype new revenue vectors via landing pages and quick experiments.
