Job summary

Data Axle in the United States seeks a Director of Product Management to lead a data/AI powered portfolio for mid-market and enterprise customers. You will own strategy, roadmaps, discovery, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, GTM, and sales to drive commercial value.

You will voice the customer in platform planning, define onboarding, value realization, and the overall product feel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, incl. 3+ years at Director level across a multi-product portfolio.
• Proven track record defining and shipping experiences for mid-market and enterprise customers.
• Experience managing PM direct reports with growth and performance accountability.
• Influence platform and engineering roadmaps through customer insight and strategy.
• Strong AI product experience with customer-facing AI features and usable UX.
• Deep B2B data product experience including enrichment, segmentation, identity, or CDP-adjacent work.
• Excellent communication: briefs, PRDs, and executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer experience roadmap across the portfolio.
• Define experience principles translating data and AI into intuitive surfaces for mid-market and enterprise users.
• Drive continuous discovery with buyers and stakeholders across buying committees and end users.
• Design and run experiments to validate experience bets before committing engineering capacity.
• Define AI-facing surfaces, explainability, confidence, and user correction flows.
• Translate customer needs into clear platform requirements for the team.
• Ensure compliance with privacy requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the B2B data stack to inform capability requests.
• Directly manage a team of PMs and develop their craft and career paths.
