Job summary

American Express seeks a Director of Product Management for the Enterprise AI Platform to own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, investment priorities, delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes for a portfolio within the Enterprise AI Platform.

The Director will partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Security, Risk, and business teams to translate customer learnings into reusable platform capabilities and accelerate responsible AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in enterprise software, platforms, or cloud technologies.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and lead multi-year roadmaps for complex enterprise platforms.
• Experience scaling AI-powered products and developer tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and investment priorities for a portfolio within the Enterprise AI Platform.
• Lead delivery, adoption, and measurable outcomes across teams and stakeholders.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, Security, Risk, and business units to translate learnings into reusable platform capabilities.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across matrixed organizations.
