Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Director of Product Management for Applied AI in the United States. This role leads a multi-product portfolio of AI-powered offerings, guiding strategy, governance and investment decisions while building and mentoring a PM/PO team.

You will shape product roadmaps, oversee AI feature economics and ensure responsible-AI governance, collaborating with engineering, data and design teams to drive value for senior clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management with management of PM/PO teams.
• Launched 3+ products including AI-powered capabilities.
• Experience aligning product strategy with new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers running a portfolio that includes AI-powered products and own product strategy and P&L.
• Set AI-informed product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps against advancing AI capability.
• Make build/buy/partner and investment decisions for AI capabilities with ROI models.
• Own AI-feature economics and lifecycle across the portfolio including pricing and drift decisions.
• Set standards and review gates for AI features and governance and responsible-AI practices.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, design and AI/ML teams to maintain clear accountability.
