Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with leadership
• Proven track record shipping enterprise-grade full stack apps with AI/ML services
• Experience implementing AI-augmented development environments and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with AI-driven automated testing and quality-left strategies
• Proven ability to recruit and retain remote engineering talent

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale software teams across full stack engineering, data engineering, and AI/ML integrations
• Architect and drive the execution of user-facing web platforms with seamless UI-backend-inference integration
• Collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to operationalize AI capabilities within enterprise features
• Drive an AI-first SDLC with AI-assisted coding, automated code review, and intelligent CI/CD pipelines
• Implement AI-driven automated QA strategies to reduce regression cycles
