BILL is hiring a Director of Developer Experience and Infrastructure Platform to shape the engineering organization that builds, deploys, and operates hundreds of services. You will own developer tooling, AI-enhanced capabilities, and the platform that accelerates the entire SDLC across the company.

You will scale teams, drive AI tool fluency, and partner with product, CTO, and executives to deliver fast, reliable, secure platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering or infra
• 5+ years leading platform teams at Director level
• Experience scaling AI-assisted development tools across large orgs

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI-augmented developer platform strategy.
• Lead org-wide change management for standardization of tooling and migrations.
• Partner with CTO and architecture to align investments with company goals
