Qualio, a leading life sciences quality and compliance platform, is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to design and manage a full-funnel, AI-driven demand engine. You will partner with BDR, RevOps, and Product Marketing to generate pipeline across net-new and expansion motions, while shaping experiments and the data that informs budget decisions.

You will own channel strategy, run structured tests, build scalable AI-enabled workflows, and ensure accurate attribution with real-time

Qualificações

Demonstrated pipeline ownership with measured impact across channels.
Experience building AI-driven demand programs and workflows.
3–5+ years in B2B SaaS demand gen; life sciences a plus.
Proven leadership of remote or distributed teams.
Fluency with modern demand-gen tooling and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

Design and run a full-funnel demand engine with AI at its core.
Partner with BDR and RevOps to improve outbound pipeline quality.
Run structured experiments with clear success criteria and documented learnings.
Own channel strategy and budget allocation across paid, organic, and events.
Build attribution infrastructure and provide real-time pipeline visibility.
