Job summary

Ocient is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead end-to-end demand programs for OcientAIQ, driving digital acquisition, website conversion, and lifecycle marketing. You will partner with Sales, RevOps, Product, Content, and Marketing to design and optimize campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.

The role requires hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows and paid media, plus a track record of data-driven optimization across SEO, SEM, and nurture programs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering B2B demand gen programs that drive pipeline.
• Ability to own paid media and SEO initiatives end-to-end.
• Hands-on HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, and segmentation.
• Collaborates with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Product.
• Familiar with AI-enabled marketing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO and AEO strategy with Content and agency.
• Manage paid search, paid social, and remarketing across Google and LinkedIn.
• Partner with GTM leads to map buyer journeys by vertical.
• Define audience mixes, channels, content, and offers.
• Own email and nurture programs end-to-end in HubSpot.
• Own conversion rate and gate forms and CTAs.
• Run campaigns end-to-end with cross-team coordination.
• Report on pipeline contribution and ROI weekly.
