Responsibilities

• Engage C-suite and line-of-business leaders, translating capabilities into quantified outcomes and business cases.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment across Sales, Geography, Product, Partner teams for seamless execution.
• Design and implement scaled delivery models leveraging partner ecosystems with governance and excellence.
• Build and lead multi-layered organization across business development, technical specialists, and program managers.
• Own pipeline generation and management through AI-powered opportunity identification and metrics.
• Make high-velocity decisions on resource allocation, pricing, deal qualification, and risk.
• Participate in OP1/OP2 planning and 3-year roadmaps shaping AWS priorities.
• Champion adoption of AI-powered tools to improve delivery and outcomes.
• Manage financial planning, P&L, and compliance across programs while balancing growth and margins.
