Job summary

ServiceTitan in the United States is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the Accounting domain. You will define the roadmap, lead a team of senior PMs, and partner with engineering, design, finance, and GTM to deliver AI-powered accounting capabilities at scale for contractors of all sizes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with leadership roles.
• Deep accounting domain knowledge including GL, AP/AR, and ERP integrations.
• Ability to own complex cross-functional product areas with broad impact.
• Strong judgment on where AI improves accounting workflows.
• Proven influential leadership: align stakeholders and empower teams.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the vision for ServiceTitan’s accounting platform across contractors.
• Build AI-powered accounting features delivering CFO-focused value for SMBs to multi-entity firms.
• Provide strategy and clear communication on accounting product roadmap.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, finance, and GTM for end-to-end delivery.
• Partner with customers to validate direction and translate pain into value.
• Lead and develop a PM team with focus on rigor and business impact.
• Define and monitor metrics like quality, adoption, sentiment, and outcomes.
