Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or applied AI/ML, with 5+ years leading and growing teams.
• Proven track record influencing operational decisions with ML systems (forecasts, lead scores).
• Fluency in SQL and Python; familiarity with cloud warehouses, dbt, LLM/agent deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the data science and applied AI roadmap for operations and finance analytics.
• Lead, hire, and develop a data science and analytics team; set standards for rigor and quality.
• Partner with operations, product and finance leadership to translate problems into shipped AI capabilities.
• Communicate findings to executives with business clarity.
