Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Director, Digital Customer Experience Technologies to lead the AI-first transformation of our global digital customer experience ecosystem. You will own the vision and roadmap across web, CMS, search, analytics, and personalization, partnering with Enterprise AI, IT, and Legal to ensure scalable and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

10+ years in digital customer experience, product management, marketing tech or related field.
Proven leadership of enterprise digital platforms with strategy and roadmaps.
Experience using AI to transform digital products and workflows.
Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and responsible AI practices.
Ability to identify AI opportunities based on value, feasibility, and data readiness.

Responsibilities

Define and lead global Digital Customer Experience strategy with AI, automation, data.
Reimagine customer journeys and marketing operations with an AI-first lens.
Prioritize AI opportunities across Digital Customer Experience based on value and risk.
Lead AI-enabled capabilities from discovery to production and adoption.
Drive adoption of generative AI, intelligent search, personalization, and copilots.
Manage digital platforms as products with clear roadmaps and feedback loops.
Oversee modernization of web and digital experience ecosystem for performance and localization.
Partner with Enterprise AI, IT, Security, and Governance to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
