Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Director, Digital Customer Experience Technologies to lead the strategy and evolution of its global digital customer experience ecosystem. The role requires an AI-first transformation mindset, bridging Marketing, Customer Experience, Technology, Data, and AI to translate business priorities into scalable digital capabilities across web, CMS, asset management, and automation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital customer experience or related field
• Proven leadership of enterprise digital platforms
• Experience using AI to transform digital products and workflows
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, personalization
• Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled product opportunities
• Experience working across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data and AI organizations
• Experience with CMS/DXP, marketing automation, analytics, personalization, search and journey design

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global Digital Customer Experience strategy, roadmap, and priorities with AI, automation, data embedded as foundational principles
• Continuously reimagine journeys, experiences, marketing workflows and content operations with an AI-first lens
• Lead AI-enabled capabilities from discovery through production, adoption, measurement and continuous improvement
• Drive adoption of generative AI, conversational AI, intelligent search, personalization, automation and analytics for measurable value
• Manage digital platforms as products with ownership, roadmaps and customer feedback loops
• Oversee modernization of web and digital experience ecosystem for better customer experience and marketer autonomy
• Lead governance and partnerships with Enterprise AI, IT, Security, Legal, Data, Privacy, and governance teams
